Hide & Seek Kids are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, although we do offer a 7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee (see below).

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the product:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone buying the item if they had know about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.

Please keep your proof of purchase - eg. your invoice.


7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

For our 7-day return policy, you must agree that:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in original packaging
  • Product has not been assembled
  • Agree that initial freight costs are not refundable
  • All money back guarantees are subject to a 13% restocking fee of the sale price to cover the labour costs of preparing the order.
Returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.
